Magnesium Taurate

Magnesium Taurate provides 100 mg of elemental magnesium per tablet bound to the amino acid taurine. This combination ensures good bioavailability and optimal tolerability.

Magnesium is an essential mineral and plays a role in numerous physiological processes. Magnesium is particularly important in cardiovascular health. It regulates ion channels such as potassium and calcium channels and therefore has a stabilizing effect on the heart rhythm.

The power lies in the combination: taurine also plays a major role in the cardiovascular system. It has been shown that this antioxidative, sulphur-containing amino acid promotes the release of nitric oxide and exerts a normalizing effect on blood pressure regulation via this mechanism. Each tablet contains 1,080 mg taurine.
